The Filled Spaces setting in the View Attributes – Building panel – Architectural tab can be set to get the spaces filled with color when seen in dynamic view.

When the Filled Spaces setting is on, all spaces in building dynamic views are filled with the space's element color.

When the setting is off, spaces are viewed in wire frame.
